xPCGetScope

Get and copy scope data to structure

Prototype

scopedata xPCGetScope(int port, int scNum);

Arguments

port

Enter the value returned by the function xPCOpenTcpIpPort.

scNum

Enter the scope number.

Return

Returns a structure of type scopedata.

Description

Note

The xPCGetScope function will be removed in a future release. Use the xPCScGetScopePropertyName functions to access property values instead. For example, to get the number of samples being acquired in one data acquisition cycle, use xPCScGetNumSamples.

The xPCGetScope function gets properties of a scope with scNum and copies the properties into a structure with type scopedata. You can use this function with xPCSetScope to change several properties of a scope at one time. See scopedata for a list of properties. Use the xPCGetScope function to get the scope number.

Introduced before R2006a
