Why does copying into Quattro Pro from the Array Editor in MATLAB 7.0 (R14) not work properly?

When I highlight values in the Array Editor cells, copy them, and then try to paste them into a Quattro Pro worksheet, all the values are placed in one cell instead of being distributed. I did not have problems pasting with previous versions of MATLAB.

This is a bug in MATLAB 7.0 (R14) in the way that values are copied from the Array Editor and pasted into Quattro Pro.

The problem only occurs when using Ctrl+V or right-click to paste. As a workaround, use the Edit>Paste Special optionin Quattro Pro. This allows the values to be correctly pasted into the worksheet.
