Why am I unable to access certain online product documentation?

I try to access online documentation. While I am able to access MATLAB documentation, I cannot view documentation of some other products.

I am also seeing differences whether I access recent and older documentation.

In order to access the documentation for certain products, your MathWorks Account must be associated with a license or a trial containing the product of the documentation you are trying to access. Without being associated to a trial or a license you will not be able to view any documentation. 

In addition, in order to view documentation for older releases, you must be logged into your MathWorks Account.
