In the Workspace Browser, variables with data type INT64 or UINT64 are displayed with the class/object icon (cube). I was expecting the numerical array icon (grid).

The ability to show variables with data type INT64 or UINT64 with the numerical array icon is not available in MATLAB 7.2 (R2006a). This issue has been resolved in MATLAB 7.3 (R2006b).
There are no workarounds for MATLAB 7.2.
