I would like to know how the MathWorks R14 Products are split out on the UNIX set of CDs.

In R14, however, it is not necessary to know which toolbox your CD is on ahead of time. When you launch the installer from any of the 3 CDs, it will automatically prompt you for the CD containing your toolbox if you have not inserted the correct CD.
