Why does the MATLAB Compiler 3.0.1 (R13SP1) not come with the MGLINSTALLER?
I have the MATLAB Compiler installed; however, I do not have MGLINSTALLER on my computer. I need MGLINSTALLER to deploy my compiled applications.

This could happen for two reasons.
1. If you have a demo version of the MATLAB Compiler, the demo version does not include the MGLINSTALLER. Thsi is because you cannot deploy applications created with the demo of the MATLAB Compiler.
2. If you only updated the license when you received the PLP for a full version of the MATLAB Compiler and did not reinstall, this will occur. If this applies to you, you need to reinstall the MATLAB Compiler using the PLP for the full (non-demo) version.
