Why are my PDE specifications not imported correctly when I import them into PDETOOL from a MATLAB file in Partial Differential Equations Toolbox 1.0.6 (R14SP1)?

I have a PDE completely defined in a MATLAB file. When I execute this file, the PDE specifications appear to be imported into PDETOOL, but the solution does not reflect these specifications.

The MATLAB files that the PDE Toolbox creates cannot be modified. They are for saving and loading models only.

To make changes to these MATLAB files, you must either make the modifications in PDETOOL and generate a new MATLAB file or create the entire model in a MATLAB file using the documented PDE functions.
