lsqlin with more than one set of data

I have two sets of data such that y1 = A1*x and y2 = A2*x
I can find x with use of lsqlin: x = lsqlin(A1,y1)
or
x = lsqlin(A2,y2)
But since x is the same in both cases, is there a way to find x when simultaniously optimizing case 1 and case 2? y1 and y2 are functions of time with different shape and no overlapping sample points.

[y1;y2] = [A1;A2]*x
So define y=[y1;y2] and L=[A1;A2] in lsqlin.
Best wishes
