pdepe and transiet fluid flow between plates

I am trying to solve the partial differential equation (dv/dt)=1+(1/Re)*(d^2V/dy^2) using pdepe. The initial condition are the velocity at t=0 are zero and the velocity at the wall of the plates are zero. I cannot get pdepe to work..Please help.
