Builder JA not producing an application folder or .class file

Hello: I am attempting to work through the "Compile a Java Package with the Library Compiler App" tutorial (<http://www.mathworks.com/help/javabuilder/ug/compile-a-standalone-application-with-the-standalone-compiler-app.html)>. However, when I package the matlab file within deploytool, it neither produces an applications folder within the for_testing folder, nor does it produce a .class file (although a .jar file is produced within the for_testing folder). Therefore, I am unsure how to build the application using window's command line.

Please help me resolve this problem.
