Probability distribution of income

Hi, I making analysis Input output of rebound effects in Portugal. At this moment I need to create income categories and to do it I have to make a probability distribution of income /*per worker*/ in each:
region x Urban area x (non-self-employed + self_employed).
Does anyone know how to make it? I will be appreciate for any help.
