Simbiology Training Folder for Pharmacokinetics

There is mention of 'simbiology training' folder in above document. Is the Simbiology training folder part of R2013b installation (containing simbiology) or it is also part of previous versions like R2011b? Is this folder available via www.

Is there any proposal of inclusion of 'In-vitro In vivo correlation (IVIVC) module under simbiology' in near future ?
