Unable to locate a C-compiler required by stateflow and MATLAB FUNCTION BLOCK. How to make C-complier located

This problem happen after i change the files from C to E because of directory problem. After i change it, This problem comes out and C-compiler unable to located. How to solve this problem . Thank You

mex -setup

After i write command in command window. Instruction below comes out :- Welcome to mex -setup. This utility will help you set up a default compiler. For a list of supported compilers, see http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2012a/win64.html

Please choose your compiler for building MEX-files:

Would you like mex to locate installed compilers [y]/n? What should i do to overcome this problem

I write again command mex-setup instruction above shows. I trying to download SDK but failed.

I trying download this site many times but always error. But when im using my friend laptop that 32bit im able to download it.

Im using window 7 64bit but im unable to download files. can you help me to get SDK files for 64 bit window 7
