How I can simulate a Time-to-Digital Convertor in Simulink??

Does anyone know how to make a block which have the use of a time to digital converter in simulink???

no,there isn't a block of a time-to-digital converter in matlab. i have to build it.

Is the intent to measure the duration required to convert a digital signal to its analog form?

i have three inputs and three outputs.the inputs come from three comparators and i want to simulate the output of the time-to-digital block. do you want to send you a picture of the circuit?
