Problem connecting CCS v3.1 and Matlab Simulink R2012b

Hi, I am working with Windows 7 (64 bit), CCS v3.1, Matlab R2012b and C6416DSK. Every time I try to build a model for it in Simulink I get following failures: Could not connect to the board specified in Target Preferences block. Anyone can help?
