Gauss's Law over known charge density

I have a charge density matrix (p) representing a dielectric with stray embedded electrons. I am trying to solve for the D field according to Gauss's Law over all space.
Divergence(D) = [p] where [p] is MxN matrix
Not really sure where to start with this one.
