Data analysis of mountain bike riders?

Need to analyse some data of two groups of Mountain Bike riders. Have two curves: One of elite MTB riders and one of novice riders. There is also a curve showing the altitude of a 3k undulation mountain bike course. There are graphs for both Km/h, power output, torque and cadence.

How can I (mathematically) express the differences between the two groups? Have done mean, range and standard deviation

Graphs have been interpolated and smoothed by 10.
