How Copy a .sym variable to my .m file or .txt file

Hi everyone, For the expressions that exceed the maximum command line length, I mean long sym variable that doesn't fully display in Command Window and print:

"+ ... Output truncated. Text exceeds maximum line length of 25,000 characters for Command Window display."

How can I print that .sym variable to a file instead of the command line and copy them from the file and paste into my function?
