How do I solve a specific least square problem

Hello everybody,

i have serious problems to form an algorithm to solve following least square problem:

with

R_ij^high, G_ij^high, B_ij^high are the unknown parameters.

I would be very glad and thankful if someone could help me with this or give me a hint in the right direction.
