how to interface libsvm in 32-bit windows ?

hi. i hv a 32bit machine and using windows xp sp3,matlab version is 7.10.0(R2010a)and libsvm 3.17,sdk 7.1 and visual c++ 2010 sp1 is also installed ,but its showing only lcc compiler ,so how can i include visual c++ compiler and interface libsvm with matlab.
