Creating EXE binary on a Linux system

I currently use a Linux system for MATLAB development, but I want to compile a GUI app into an EXE so my colleagues can use it on their windows systems. I can compile a Linux binary on my Linux system, but at the moment I have to use a windows computer for MCC to make an EXE.
Can I do this directly from Linux?
