how can i detect or locate an WBC in blood microscopic image?

i have a circular microscopic images of blood smear. These images contains RBCs and WBCs and i have to detect or locate only WBCs using matlab.

i attached the image file, in which the pinkish coloured shape is a WBC and i have to locate or detect that WBC using image processing toolbox. And i doesn't want to use interactive tools provided in toolbox. I want to do this by coding only. Hope you get this.

You forgot to attach the images. So my recommendation would be to research the literature in Vision Bib, pick a published algorithm, and then use the Image Processing Toolbox to locate the WBCs.
