thanks for reply. may question is same, how to detect or locate WBC in microscopic image?

i attached the image file, in which the pinkish coloured shape is a WBC and i have to locate or detect that WBC using image processing toolbox. And i doesn't want to use interactive tools provided in toolbox. I want to do this by coding only. Hope you get this.
