How can I change the drop-down list value on a website before reading the contents using urlread?

Some URLs allow users to select how many items they wish to see on the webpage, and the predefined number of items is usually set to the minimum e.g. 10. How can I change this value (usually a drop-down list) to another number (e.g. 100), reload the page, and download the full content of the website?
