Can't open matlab student version 2013a

When I launch Matlab student version 2013a, a window with matlab just popped up and after nothing happened. If you have a solution, please help me.

Was it working previously or is this a new installation?

Did you recently update your Java version?

Which OS are you using? If you are using OS-X did you recently update to Mavericks ?

It's a new installation. I have the java 6 update 45 installed. I use windows 64bits.

I just deleted the java 6 version and installed the java7 update 40 but it is not resolved my problem.

Could it be a problem to run Matlab student version 32bits with windows 64bits?

32 bit MS Windows MATLAB can be run on 64 bit MS Windows.

I suggest you contact Mathworks installation support; there is free support for installation.
