Generate 251 experiment noise data (mnoise) which follow a normal distribution with mean 0 and standard deviation of 0.02. (Use command “randn”).

When I did that Matlab version of that the answer Warning: Size input contains non-integer values. This will error in a future release. Use FLOOR to convert to integer values.
Please give me a reason to why this is occurring and a solution if possible.

And how can we do that? Read your post. All I can say is that you're giving non-integer values somewhere , but then you already know that because it told you.

The function randn assumes a standard normal distribution of N(0,1) with mean 0 and variance 1.
If you want a different mean and variance you will have to scale and shift the output of randn as needed. There is an example of how to do that in the randn documentation page.
