How to integrate a mpusbapi.dll to Matlab?

Hello. I have a problem. I'm trying to integrate a mpusbapi.dll (this dll was provided for Microchip, it's for usb control) with matlab using this command:
loadlibrary mpusbapi _mpusbapi.h alias libreria
The result is an error, like this:
