Installation problem of Matlab student version on Fedora 19

Hello All, I bought Matlab(Student version) , in the step of entering the product serial number and the email , I get the following error
Error -2,007: Unable to activate your machine. The activation process cannot detect a valid Host ID which utilizes a currently supported naming convention. Please refer to the following solution ID, to help resolve this issue: 1-661QJD

thanks for you help. On fedora 19 , there is no more 30-net_persistent_names.rules. I added it myself according to the following post http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=289008 in which I added the net_persistent_name and put the MAC address of the interface that i changed to eth0 and I checked that it working by typing ifconfig. Matlab is working now. Thanks
