Hi,
I have a matrix A 100*6 and and a matrix B 100*1.
I would like to compute de standart deviation between each columns of Matrix A with the matrix B.
Thank you

What do you mean "between two matrix"
std() on a matrix returns the standard deviation of the columns
A = randn(100,6);
std(A)
B = randn(100,1);
std(B)

I would like to compute the std between column one of Matrix A and column one of matrix B.
Than, std between column two of Matrix A and colum one of matrix B.
Than, std between column 3 of Matrix A and colum one of matrix B.
Is it possible?
Thank you

You have to specify what you mean by std between the columns, the std of the difference, or the sum, or the product?
