Hi all, thank's in advance. I would like to get help on this to do it optimized way, I guess I can do it by extracting from the video frames etc.

I don't know what "correlation frame(time) evolution" is, and what two signals you'd like to correlate against each other. And exactly what is being checked for deviation? And deviating from what standard or reference? Care to explain?

My apologies for non clarity Sir. Each frame is a "signal" and I would like to compare them with the reference of the frame number one. The objective is to find the deviation of the images(frames) from first one. Imagine you have some beam in image which is within time fluctuating (vibrations etc). So I need to plot correlation of frames with respect to first one.
