show temperature on temperature contour

Hi,

My objective of getting the result from matlab is to differentiate the temperatures between the hotness and coldness in the flat ground using a temperature sensor.

I have obtained a temperature contour in 2D,however I wish to have a wider range as it is not really easy to understand. I hope someone is able to guide me along with this. Thanks!
