Is ode15i symplectic? symmetric?

Hi, I'm using ode15i to solve an implicit differential system and would like to know what characteristics this solver has. Does anyone know what kind of a method it is, what its order is, whether it is symmetric or not? Is it a RK method? Any documentation or help would be most appreciated!!!
