Can any one provide me the code for Hartley-Sturm triangulation (poly-abs) ?

I am looking for the code of Hartley-Sturm triangulation (poly-abs) mentioned in "Triangulation -by Hartley and Sturm, 1997" for 3D reconstruction. can anyone provide the matlab or C++ code.
