Why do I receive NMAKE : fatal error U1065: invalid option '-' when I try to generate a code from Simulink model?

I am using Matlab R2013a and I want to generate a code from my Simulink model and run it on TI C6000 DSK. I have made the following settings under Simulink model configuration parameters:
Fixed-Step and discrete for solver options. Under code generation pane: grt.tlc for system target file and make_rtw in make command.
