How do I read two MAT files specified in two FROM FILE blocks at the same time?

I have two MAT files of which one contains I and the other contains Q data. I use FROM FILE blocks in Simulink to access these data. I want to access both files at the same time but it appears that it is not the case for obvious reason.

I have thought about putting both I and Q data variables in one single file but then how do I split them at the FROM FILE output so that they can drive different parts down the chain?

A simple step by step guide would be appreciated. I am a novice in using Mathlab.
