Problem M-file coding put into simulink MATLAB Function block

Hai everyone. I have difficult problem to find, can anyone help me how to put this coding into the simulink MATLAB Function block. The block will be as the custom block in simulink(learning process from input data).Im a student and new user in MATLAB and my supervisor ordered me to put this programming into the block function before convert it as stand alone software. My project is ANN. I hope that anyone can help me. here i attached my coding. Thanks for helping
