How to write contents of files having similar cell values

Hi I am new to MATLAB. I have 34 (1970-2003) years data for different location stored in yearly files as lat lon jan feb mar....dec. Each file has different number of rows say 211,254,284. So I want to write down the values of each station upon one followed by next year. As follows jan 38.12 70.20 Year 1970 value Year 1971 value . . Year 2003 value 38.15 70.25 Year 1970 value Year 1971 value . . Year 2003 value
