Simulink Transient Circuit Response

Im having problems using Simulink to simulate a transient response for an RC circuit. I want to read the voltages across two resistors in a circuit with a DC source and a switch that is closed at t=0 and opens at t=5ms. Can anyone help please? I dont even know if I will be able to get a transient response using Simulink.

Are you using Simulink (only) or SimElectronics? You can get the transient response in both tools. What do you got so far?
