hi
am trying to save a 3D .mat file as a single dicom file, is there a function in matlab that allows me to do that ?? i have CT images as separate slices and i would like to save them in one single .dcm file so i tried to load them in matlab using dicomread but i couldnt save them in one single dicom file while keeping the header information.
thanks Hannah

thank you Sean but this doesn't allow me to save the whole volume as one file it saves the 3D volume as a stack of 2D images which i already have. i need to save the whole 3D volume in one file.
