can't install r2010b in win7

hi guys, before this install i had install onece but after that i uninstall because i want to use sysgen with xilinx,but now when i install again it appear error, when install at 99% the error appear and they ask see mathwork.log(in window\temp\mathwork.log) to know what is that error, but i cant open .log file PS: i re-install three time but still error,please help me

What happens when you attempt to open the log file in for example notepad?
