"Elithion" hex data classification & conversion in matlab

hello everyone, I have a problem with data classification & conversion in matlab. I have a serial data that sounds like this :

these are serial data i got from Elithion (Battery Management System) device. i need to classify & convert these hexadecimal datas into decimal datas which showing the value of current, resistance, voltage, and temperature.
