Problem with ncread. I cannot plot a netcdf file.

I need to plot different mesoscale eddies images and I am using this Matlab Code example (<http://apdrc.soest.hawaii.edu/tutorials/matlab_ncread.php)>.

I need to plot Canary Islands from AVISO products but the code shows me an error. I tried to repair it for one week but it was impossible for me.

I have to start my project next week and I need to visualize this images. Can you help me, please?

The code that I am working are attached. The netcdf file is also attached.
