sir i have done all the prototypes,structures in c,how can i linked it to matlab/simulinkfrom visual c???

i am doing a project where i use c and matlab both.initialisaion done with c .and i did all the prototypes with sturctures. i have to interface my c code with matlab/simulink model of mine during runtime of matlab .how can i do..???
