To be honest, I am disappointed with this user community forum. I posted 2 questions in last 2 days & I think they are simple questions. I've not got any feedback yet.

There are not as many Simulink people here as MATLAB people. If you don't hear anything, you can try adding some additional information and try again. Or you can call the Mathworks. We're unpaid volunteers while they're full-time professionals who are paid (by you) to help you.

only three of the top 30 volunteers have any Simulink experience. One of those has not contributed for over 1 1/2 years. One of them is so busy that they have barely made it to questions from mid January. The third might perhaps not have known the answer, or might have been occupied.
Close to half of all answers (over all topics) are contributed by just three people. None of the three of us uses Simulink.
When I see a Simulink question that I think I might have a chance to answer, I Google for the information... just like you could do. I have never even seen Simulink in person.
Obtaining Simulink in order to volunteer intelligently with it would cost me the full commercial rate, as I am not eligible for Academic or Student pricing. A lot of the questions depend upon add-on toolboxes such as Simulink Coder; I would need to pay full commercial rates for those as well. Meanwhile my back is telling me, "You know, that would buy a lot of Massage Therapy..."
