3D Image Processing stacked images

Hello
I have some microscope data (.lsm files) which I processed in to stacked tiff images in 2D(x,y).
Each stack around z axis consists of 30 images. That is, microscope takes images along z axis in 30 intervals and and this process repeats 32 times. I have a total of 960 images(or 32 stacks).
If I have to plot this image in 3D, showing the location of particles in z-axis also, what should I do?
