inputting new data to the uitable everytime a condition is satisfied

Hi! I am new with the use of gui and guide. I would like to know how to input data to the uitable, where there is a new data input to the uitable everytime a condition is satisfied. For example, the data needed is the time; and the condition is whenever the input is 1, the time is recorded to the uitable. It should not overlap the previous time input but rather, there is a new row whenever the condition is satisfied and time has to be recorded.
