I have a beam with rectangular cross-section for which I am trying to create a surface from. I have vectors x,y,and z which define the coordinates along the surface. This beam gets bent and twisted. If I have the deformed coordinates for the outside of the beam, how do I create a surface or volume visualization to visualize the deformation of the beam as a solid?
