Mex-set Command window 7 64 bit

I have Problem in Installing compiler for MATLAB 2010 , v7.10, I installed a Microsoft visual Studio 2010 Professional, But the compiler did not show in Window by typing command Mex -setup, what a stupid software , approximately 1 month time wast but no solution of it, and MATHworks team is completely irresponsible , and do not reply me for a Solution,

Seems like you're on 64-bit MATLAB. Did you use the following solution?
If it still didn't work, have you already referred to the following?

You are using the R2010a release of MATLAB, which was released just before Visual C++ 2010. There is a patch available at http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/93013
