How can I save a Table I made in a GUI to a matrix?

I'm trying to make an algoritm where I can introduce with an uitable in the GUI and then that table save it to a matrix, so I can use it to do other stuff, how can I use the table data like a matrix or to save it as a matrix so I can use it?
