After the Encryption of any image, how can i decrypt (a noisy) encrypted image?

I research in combining Encryption and Watermarking. In order to measure the technique performance, i introduce some noise to the watermarked-encrypted image (like AWGN). The problem is : When i introduce low noise on the encrypted image, I can't decrypt it correctly.
